Mission, Vision and Purpose

The Global Learning and Innovations Center (GLIC) believes engaging in strategic planning is essential to effectively address each stakeholder’s needs, enhance organizational productivity, ensure student success, and realize short- and long-term mission and vision goals. This intellectual endeavor encompasses various activities, but they are limited to developing, utilizing, and evaluating diverse teaching and learning strategies aligned with the organization’s overarching goals. GLIC leaders recognize the importance of strategic planning in overcoming teaching, and learning challenges, and clarifying the school’s mission standards.

GLIC Mission Statement

The mission of the Global Learning and Innovations Center is to develop a collaborative academic setting through a conscientious curriculum to prepare all students to become productive citizens by providing them with a high-innovating, well-proportioned education that helps each student distinctively achieve their goals and dreams whether in mathematics, sciences, English (ELL/ESOL Classes for Adults) and obtain their high school and GED diplomas.

GLIC Vision

GLIC’s vision is to develop and establish a creative and inclusive learning atmosphere where all students are empowered to discover their complete potential, cultivate critical thinking skills, and adopt a lifelong learning mindset.

GLIC's Present State/ Purposes

The primary purpose and responsibility of GLIC is to ensure and guarantee student learning, achievement, and safety. GLIC aims to collaborate with the local school districts to identify students who have difficulties meeting high school graduation requirements in mathematics, science, ACT, PSAT, assess the students, and provide them the distinctive quality education support services needed to achieve their educational goals and dreams. GLIC also assists and prepares teachers who have difficulties with the state exams, including the math portion of the general knowledge exam, subject area math 5-9, and 6-12 grade levels. To achieve excellence, GLIC is staffed with the most qualified teachers in the state, holding various levels teaching certifications in their specialization including college and graduate-level credentials in mathematics. GLIC retains and develops its teachers to become the best and most qualified instructional staff capable of assisting all students in becoming productive citizens among its Global Learning and Innovations Center: Its Mission, Vision, and Purposes competitors. Investing in teachers will help GLIC create a learning environment where students learn and accomplish something new daily.

GLIC assesses each student's needs, meets them where they are, and gradually and progressively helps them succeed. GLIC also offers virtual assistance and classes for students who cannot come to our campus or location. If you need a great learning experience, Global Learning and Innovation Center is for you.

GLIC allocates adequate resources in collaboration with all stakeholders to develop a calculated educational plan that aligns with the organization's goals, objectives, mission, and vision to grow and develop human capital and increase student achievement. Furthermore, GLIC's strategic planning involves assigning all GED students a support growth plan that structures and tracks their academic success to increase productivity and meet individual students' needs to accomplish their goals as productive citizens. Lastly, GLIC involves all GED students in constructive and collaborative conversations and assists and directs them to a career pathway, whether through school, college, or university, to accomplish their goals as productive citizens
